QUEEN BED AVAILABLE! I currently have a room reserved for Fri, Sat & Sun at the Hyatt. My husband was going with me when I booked the room, but plans have changed so it would be geat to find a roommate. I might cancel the sunday night reservation and drive home earlier, but would be willing to stay sunday night if it worked better for roommate...
Nutshell Bio: I am from a small coastal town on the CA/OR border. I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma in Jan 2011 at 31 years old. I finished my treatments Sept 2011, bald with wobbly baby deer legs I started training to climb Mt. Shasta. In June, I reached the summit as part of the 2012 Breast Cancer Fund's Climb Against the Odds team. I am adjusting to the "new normal", and grumpy about having to continue taking tamoxifen, but trying to change my attitude about it : ) I have never attended this conference before and am looking forward to mingling with other young breast cancer patients. Looking for Roommate. Have a room reserved Friday/Saturday/Sunday. I am thinking about driving home early and canceling the sunday night reservation, but will be happy to stay sunday night as well if that works better for you.

Last Minute Roommate Plan
It's looking like my roommate will most likely need to cancel. I'm wondering if anyone is still in need of a "last minute" roommate. I am a 9 year survivor. 46 y.o. Mom of 3. I've been to the conference twice. (Denver and Dallas) I am staying Fri, Sat and Sun nights. I'm hoping to connect with others who are staying Sunday night to explore Seattle after the conference ends! I should know for sure later in the day if my roomie is definitely cancelling.
