The Young Women’s Breast Cancer Research Program, Washington University in St. Louis

The Young Women’s Breast Cancer Program (YWBCP) was founded in 2001 by dedicated staff at the Siteman Cancer Center and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Since that time, the program has been serving young women with breast cancer, young survivors and their families.

Young Women's Breast Cancer Translational Program

The Young Women’s Breast Cancer Translational Program (YWBCTP) at the Diane O’Connor Thompson Breast Center is one of the few centers in the country that focuses solely on the unique challenges of young women’s breast cancer and pregnancy-related breast cancer.  YWBCTP's goal is to raise awareness, and improve prevention, treatment and aftercare for young women’s breast cancer.

Exhibitor levels and pricing

C4YW has developed five exhibitor levels to meet reflect the different types and sizes of organizations that would like to participate.

 

Please note that space will not be reserved until full payment is received.

Exhibitor levels include the following benefits

  1. One table in the Exhibit Hall

  2. 2 complimentary registrations for organization’s representatives to host the exhibit table and attend the conference throughout the weekend (including all-inclusive access to conference meals, receptions and activities)

  3. Listing as an exhibitor on conference website with live link to exhibitor’s website

  4. Listing as an exhibitor on conference program

The C4YW Attendee Gift Bag
Whether you are interested in additional exposure or you are unable to attend the conference, a gift or promotional item in the C4YW attendee gift bag is a great way to promote your organization or product. Companies or organizations may include one item in the participant bags upon approval from the C4YW planning team.  Please note that there is a different pricing structure for those exhibiting and those not exhibiting at the conference.

Table information and Terms of Use

  1. Exhibit tables are 6-ft. long (8ft if the upgrade was purchased), skirted with 2 chairs provided

  2. There is a one table per exhibitor limit. Please see above price list for additional space options

  3. Exhibitors must provide their own signage

  4. Tabletop displays are permitted. All display materials must fit on the table and not extend into surrounding areas

  5. Selling of goods is permissible. LBBC and YSC make no guarantees of potential profits or proceeds

  6. Shipping and receiving of exhibitor materials, any AV, internet and/or electricity needs are the responsibility of each exhibitor and need to be arranged separately with site location and/or with other conference services as directed

  7. LBBC and YSC are not responsible for damage or loss of exhibit property
